Customer Satisfaction Program


The Autodesk Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) program measures your pre- and post-sales experience with Salesoft CAD Solutions, and helps us to capture client perspectives through an online survey.

Building long-term relationships with our clients is something Salesoft strongly believes in and we go to great lengths to ensure our valuable clients receive first-rate services. If you have recently activated your Autodesk software, you may be invited by Autodesk to participate an upcoming CSAT program.

Please note that all the questions in the survey are used to rate Salesoft CAD Solutions, not Autodesk. Thus, if you choose to take part in the CSAT program, please rate your satisfaction rating and feedback towards Salesoft CAD Solutions.
